Ballet4Fitness uses the foundations of ballet barre class, adding elements of pilates and yoga. You use light weights to tone & strengthen your upper body. Resistance bands are added to upper body and lower body to tone & strengthen. At the mat we work on core and total body strength. You also work on flexibility, posture, and balance at center and at the barre.
This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength of yoga. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle – big and small. Benefits include: caloric burn, toning, balance and a great stretch!
Strong Nation was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.
Zumba, the popular cardio-dance workout, emerged in the 1990s. It combines fast and slow rhythms with aerobic interval training. While providing a full body workout, Zumba classes are often described as one big dance party. It’s a total-body exercise—a good, high-energy aerobic workout with variety.
Zumba Gold is perfect for active older adults and those who are looking for a modified Zumba that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination using low impact moves.
Like Step Aerobics, Zumba Step provides a well-rounded workout for higher levels of fitness. It burns calories while toning your lower body, shaping and firming up many problematic areas of the body, especially for women. It tones and strengthens the legs, glutes, butt, & thighs for great toning.
Do you love Zumba? Do you want to tone as well? Then this is the class for you! You dance it out with the Zumba moves you know and love while adding toning sticks or 1 to 2 lb. weights to target arms, upper body, and core. You get a great cardio workout while toning and strengthening those target areas.
This 45 minute class stretches your whole body. It helps improve flexibility and posture. We work on various parts of the body to strengthen trouble spots.
Zumba Gold Toning
Zumba Gold Toning combines the dance cardio of Zumba with sculpting moves of Zumba Toning. It tones upper body and core at a lower, easy-to-follow pace.
