Happy New Year! It’s that time where everyone makes New Year’s resolutions.., well I decided to set goals this year. One of my goals is to inspire as many people as possible to get on the path to a fit & healthy life. All of you are my fitness tribe, so to speak. I am here to help you achieve your goals to getting fit & healthy every day! This is a lifestyle change!
What are your goals for the new year in regards to health & fitness? Do you want to add a class you’ve never tried? Do you want to eat healthier, cut out junk food? Is it getting enough sleep? One way I want to work with you is thru my group fitness classes. Working with a group of like-minded people keeps you motivated! Plus, it’s always fun in a group! I have many classes & options for time & days classes are offered. Lots to choose from, so you can go to your favorite classes, or try something new.
This year, make a goal to get to at least 1 or two classes a week. If you love a particular class/classes, spread that love with others. Invite someone to join you in your favorite class. The more the merrier.
